Proceed with showering as usual but skip soaping.

Sink into the warm embrace of the water and dissolve.
Apply salts to feet and ankles and marinate them too.
Soak 10–45 minutes.
As a Bath
Get in the tub as it fills with warm water.
Splash yourself to dampen skin.

Marinate 1–3 minutes; stretch and breathe.
Sink into the warm embrace of the water and dissolve.
Apply salts to feet and ankles and marinate before relaxing in.
Soak 10–45 minutes. No need to rinse.
As a Foot Soak
Fill basin with warm water and presoak feet.
Withdraw your 1st foot from the basin.
Lovingly massage Salts into 1st foot.
Rest foot outside basin and tend other foot.
Marinate so each foot gets 1–3 minutes; stretch and breathe kindly.
Soak 10+ minutes.
No need to rinse your body, however the tub and basin will have harmless bits of oats and minerals that could use a rinse.
