As the name says, it plants my feet on the ground. Balance relaxes my face, in pretty much any situation. I let the mist be my shield for the day and in between. My Balance routine spans through out the day and into the night. It's like a reminder to stay disconnected to stress and use it upon stressful situations.

During PMS it really comes in handy for my ups and downs, as it makes me less irritable and more reasonable in my communications, which is always welcome by the people around me. Running out of Balance is a real concern, literally (:
