5. Marinate 1-3 minutes; stretch and breathe.

As a "Bower"

1. Proceed with showering as usual but skip soaping. Suggested intention is relaxation, surrender and opening...
2. Feel your body relax, surrender and open...
3. Plug tub, and switch shower to faucet flow so it fills at your feet.
4. Massage Sensational Salts into your skin... Save some for your feet and ankles since they are submerged.
5. Marinate 1-3 minutes; stretch and breathe.
6. Sink into the warm embrace of the water and dissolve.
7. Apply salts to feet and ankles and marinate them too.
8. Soak 10-45 minutes.

As a Bath

1. Get in the tub as it fills with warm water.
2. Splash yourself to dampen skin.
3. Massage Sensational Salts into your skin. Save some for your feet and ankles.
4. Marinate 1-3 minutes; stretch and breathe.
5. Sink into the warm embrace of the water and dissolve.
6. Apply salts to feet and ankles and marinate before relaxing in...
7. Soak 10-45 minutes. No need to rinse.



As a Foot Soak

1. Fill basin with warm water and presoak feet.
2. Withdraw your 1st foot from the basin.
3. Lovingly massage Salts into 1st foot.
4. Rest foot outside basin and tend other foot.
5. Marinate so each foot gets at 1-3 minutes; stretch and breathe kindly.
6. Soak 10+ minutes.

No need to rinse your body, however the tub and basin will have harmless bits of oats and minerals that could use a rinse.
